  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork and prepare for your treatment.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time while being charged for the full service.
  • Please speak in hushed tones to maintain our peaceful atmosphere.
  • Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode or turned off.
  • Please shower before body treatments and remove contact lenses before facial treatments.
  • Your comfort is our priority - please communicate with your therapist about pressure, temperature, or any discomfort.
  • Gratuities are not included in the service price and are left to your discretion.

Q: What should I wear during my treatment?
A: Undress to your level of comfort. Our therapists are trained in professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy at all times.


Q: How early should I arrive?
A: 5 minutes before your appointment to complete forms and relax. For your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early.

 

Q: What if I'm feeling unwell?
A: Please reschedule if you have a fever, cold, flu, or contagious skin condition. We'll waive the cancellation fee with a doctor's note.


Q: Are gift certificates available?
A: Yes, gift certificates are available for all services and packages. They're valid for 12 months from purchase.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, mobile money, credit cards, and authorized spa gift certificates.

 

Q: Can I do treatment while pregant?

A: Please bring a note from your healthcare provider confirming it is safe for you to receive spa treatments.

Certain treatments are not recommended during pregnancy, including:
